This page, together with the documents expressly referred to on it, tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell any of the products (Products) listed on our website (our site) to you.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in them.

You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms before being able to place an order. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site. You should print a copy of these Terms, or save them to your computer, for future reference.

Delivery details

Please note there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, to which we may not be able to deliver within the provided timescale. See the section on ‘Delivery exceptions’ for more details. Certain promotions may have differing delivery times – please see the terms and conditions for each promotion for more information. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact orderenquiries@dyson.co.uk.

When specified in checkout, you may order products to be delivered to a click and collect location or to an address within a timed delivery slot. In both instances, we will only provide options which are still available on your selected day.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

If you've ordered items whose availability is showing as more than a week away, they will be dispatched by your selected method once available. We will email you to confirm once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order that you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows. If no-one is in when the courier calls, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your machine. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Dyson will not pay the cost of a redelivery.

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take time to read this, as it includes important information which applies to you.

If you are a Consumer

The following clause 5 only applies if you are a consumer.

If you are a consumer, you may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
